In my opinion hobbies are a very important part of our lives. These let us to relax from everyday's stress and are a way to keep us healthy.
If you don't have a hobby, you should starrt looking for one, so you can have an activity whoch you are likely to do in your spare time. If you already have an activity to do, but you don't really like it, you should look for one in which you can have pleasure with.
Like girls can lear baking, and boys can learn mechanic.
And if you can't decide or don't know what hobby to have, you can try different kinds of activities and then do which you like the most. There are a large variety of activities for different types of persons, such as painting and drawing for people who like art, volleyball or basketball for people who like playing with balls, or snowboard that is for poeple who like extreme sports and snow.
You can also motivate children to have a hobby showing them some of the hobbies you practice.

In my opinion all of us have some spare time and need to do something in that time, and that's why exist hobbies. In that way people can have an activity to do when they are not busy.
Hobbies are a way of relaxing ourselves from the stress of everyday, which consists on doing something we want, and not something we have to do.
There are a lot of different types of hobbies and probably there are also a lot of them that we don't really know. And it would not be a bad idea to try to learn more about those activities that are not very common in our life.
I believe that, since hobbies can show someone's personality, they can also be considered a part of ourselves.
In conclusion I think that hobbies are a very important part of our everyday activities, apart from relaxing ourselves it can let us have a healthier life and make us happier.
So if you want to try something and have the opportunity, just do it and see if it is the perfect activity for you.

Hobbies are activities that people do in their spare time, not because they have to, but because they want to, so they can have pleasure with them.

These kinds of activities exist since humans exist and are created for people like us, so we can have different activities to do in our free time that can keep us busy with happiness.

Another advantage of hobbies is that these activities can help people to avoid depression, which is very common nowadays. This hobbies make people feel more energetic and creative and are also a way to relaxa from everyday`s stress. We can say that hobbies are good for health and are positive ways to keep someone in good psychological and physical conditions.

There are three levels or types of hobbies: the first one is what people do as an entertainment and pass the time. The second one is what we do as a passion, it means when we are very engaged with something we love doing. And the third one is something that has a purpose. And people say that the best hobby is the one that contains the three levels mentioned before.

Hobbies can be very important in our life, especially when they connect us with others. There are many people that meet together and become friends because of the similarities of the types of hobbies they like doing.

Someone’s hobby can show his or her personality or psychological characteristics and let others know what he or her is interested in. So we can say that hobbies can become part of our lives.

Finding an activity to do in somebody`s free time it is not usually a problem, because there is a great amount of activities to do for different kinds of persons, like something related with art (as painting and drawing) or sports (as volleyball or snowboard). But people need to know that finding an appropriate hobby is not something that you start practicsing one day and feel good the next. It takes time to realize the benefits that it can give us. If you work at it regularly, you become more interested and if you meet others who do the same thing, you'll develop a passion for it.

Everyone can practice a hobby so if you want to find one, you just have to start searching for the one that suits you better.

Snowboard is just one of the large variety of hobbies that someone can do.
